Medial heel pressure sore Enzymatic debriding agent (Accuzyme by HealthPoint Medical) used to remove eschar (along with cross hatching). Remember, stable heel pressure sores covered by eschar do not need to be debrided, but this case clearly shows an unstable area that has maceration and erythema.
